Who we are
Bridge Alliance is an alliance of mobile operators in the Asia-Pacific providing frequent travellers with a suite of value added services that redefines their roaming experience across the Alliance’s member networks. The Alliance’s current partnership spans across eleven major terri tories with eleven leading mobile opera tors.
Bridge Alliance is managed by Bridge Mobile Pte. Ltd. located at 750 Chai Chee Road Technopark@ChaiChee #03-02/03, Singapore 469000.
 
Bridge Alliance protects your privacy
Our privacy policy is designed with you in mind, and it is imperative that you have a comprehensive understanding of our information collection and usage practices.
  • If you disclose your personal information to us, we may create a database record about you;
  • If you register on our website, download any materials or conduct any other transaction, you agree for us to collect information necessary to provide you with the service you have requested, and you agree that this information may be disclosed to service partners (who may be third parties) solely for the purposes of enabling service to you.
  • You agree for us to use cookies on your browser (unless you remove them);
  • You agree that we can contact you with information about our products and services (unless you have stated you do not wish to receive these communications); and
  • Your continued use of the Bridge Traveller web site indicates your agreement with any future changes in the Privacy Policy.
 
What information is collected and how do we use it
Bridge Alliance collects information from you at several points on the site:
 
New Member Registration
  • When you register as a member with Bridge Traveller, you will be asked to provide a mobile number, as well as to provide your contact information, such as your name, email address, country of residence, etc.
  • If you do not wish to receive product or service updates, you may opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe feature in the communications. Please allow some time for this request to be processed.
We collect the above information for the following purposes:
  • To identify you when you use our site in order to enjoy a cus tomized and personalised experience.
  • As a security measure, to send you an email confirming your membership registration.
  • For our cus tomer service agents to contact you when necessary.
  • To send you our optional periodical updates and/or newsletters, if you have not opted-out from receiving them.
  • To send you information about products and services which, may be of interest to you.
  • Bridge’s own internal purposes and/or for direct marketing of goods and/or services by Bridge or the Bridge Member Opera tors.
  • Disclosure as required under any applicable law or regula tory requirements.

By enrolling in the Program, the Member allows, authorizes and consents to the release of his roaming usage information from the Bridge Alliance member operators to Bridge.

 
Personal Data

There are two categories of personally identifiable data that Bridge will collect in relation to the Program:

  • Personal information that links back to an individual e.g. name, mobile number and email address etc.; and
  • Roaming voice or video usage which will be s tored in a Member’s record for purposes of determining a Member’s eligibility for privileges and rewards, and membership tier qualification.
 

Cus tomer Contact

  • You may choose to provide feedback to Bridge, for example, through email or letters. The comments in your feedback, as well as your contact information like your email, if provided to Bridge, may be kept on record.
  • The feedback that you choose to provide is valuable in helping Bridge make improvements to our service to you. In order to follow-up on the feedback you have chosen to provide, Bridge may correspond with you using the contact information that you have provided.
 
Computer Information
  • Session information such as IP (Internet Pro tocol) addresses, browser types, operating systems are also used for Bridge's system administration.
  • Session information will allow us to enhance your experience on Bridge Traveller by allowing us to trouble-shoot technical issues as well as to improve our site usability.
 
Sharing your information
  • Bridge is the owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell or rent individual personal information to third parties and have no intention to do so in the future.
  • Links may be present on the Bridge Traveller site which, may result in you leaving the site and being taken to other third party web sites. You should note that any information that you provide to these third party web sites are not subject to the Bridge Traveller privacy policy, and we strongly recommend that you be aware of their privacy and security policies.
  • Bridge may also work with third parties that serve ads to this site. Information that may be disclosed to such third parties will be anonymous.
  • Bridge may disclose a Member’s personal data to its lawyers and legal advisors for establishing, exercising or defending its legal rights, or as otherwise authorized or required by law.  Further, Bridge may disclose a Member’s personal data, as is necessary, to investigate a Member’s suspected unlawful activities including but not limited to fraud, intellectual property infringement or piracy. Members will be notified of such disclosure.
 
Customer Control
 

Opt Out Policy

  • If you do not wish to receive product or service updates, you may opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe feature in the communications. Please allow some time for this request to be processed.
 
Accessing your information and retention of information
  • You may at any time access and change your personal information. You can easily access your personal information if you login as a member to Bridge Traveller. We request that you keep your information as current as possible so that we may continue to improve our service to you.
  • Bridge may retain your information for a period of 6 years from the date you last accessed your account.
 
Security
  • Bridge has internal procedures in place requiring our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Bridge.
  • Bridge will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which it holds about you. Your information is s tored in secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. Unfortunately, despite the aforementioned technology and security features, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot give an absolute assurance that the information you provide to us will be secure at all times, and we cannot be responsible for any event arising from unauthorised access to your personal information. Bridge will not be held responsible for events arising from third parties gaining unauthorized access to your personal information.
  • Please note also that Bridge may use overseas facilities to process or back up its information. As a result, we may transfer and s tore your personal information to our overseas facilities. However, this does not change any of our commitments to safeguard your privacy.
 
Changes to the Privacy Policy
  • Bridge Alliance may amend this Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in any way we use your personal information, we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our web pages or by way of an e-mail and you will have a choice as to whether or not we may use the information in this different manner.
 
Cookies
  • Most websites like ours use cookies to enhance your online experience. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive from your web browser to recognise your preferences and to tailor content to you. The cookies do not contain your Cus tomer Data (unless you specifically chose our “Remember Me” feature) but only Statistical Data which is entirely anonymous. Please refer to your browsers documentation to check if cookies have been enabled on your computer or to request not to receive cookies.
  • Information and procedures regarding cookie handling are provided by the respective browsers documentation within the browser itself by clicking on ‘help' and performing a search on ‘cookies'.
 

Clickstream Data

  • In order to improve your online experience, Bridge Alliance may track online behaviour or clickstream data to advance your use of our web pages and track referrals from other websites. Such data will not be s tored to your cus tomer record, and will only be aggregated for statistical analysis.
 
Links to other websites
  • Bridge provides you with links to other websites for your convenience and information.  Whilst Bridge Alliance will protect your Cus tomer Data on our website, Bridge Alliance cannot control the policies of other sites we may link to, or the use of any Cus tomer Data you may share with them.  Please note that Bridge Alliance Privacy Policy does not cover these other websites, and Bridge Alliance would recommend that you are apprised of their specific policies.

    The registered office of Bridge is in Singapore. Personal data may be transmitted to data s torage facilities where Bridge keeps its central records.  Personal data is transferred for Bridge to perform its contract with the Members.  The said data may also be transferred to Bridge’s offices and BMOs in other countries in connection with Bridge’s performance of its contract with the Program Members.

    Subject to applicable laws, the prevailing language of the Privacy Policy will be English. In the event of any inconsistency in interpretation between the English version and any translation of the Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy in English will prevail.
