The Bridge Traveller Program is Asia’s first regional privilege membership program for mobile subscribers.

These include airport merchants, limousine and car rentals, hotels and lifestyle merchants.

There are two membership tiers, namely:
1. Platinum (for subscribers of Bridge Alliance member operators* only)
2. Gold (for subscribers of Non-Bridge Alliance member operators)
* Bridge Alliance member operators:
Airtel (India), AIS (Thailand), CSL (Hong Kong), CTM (Macau), Globe Telecom (Philippines), Maxis (Malaysia), SingTel Mobile (Singapore), SingTel Optus (Australia), SK Telecom (Korea), Taiwan Mobile (Taiwan) and Telkomsel (Indonesia).

Yes, the Bridge Traveller Program is open to all mobile subscribers regardless of region and mobile service provider.

You can register as a member in the Bridge Traveller Program via www.bridgetraveller.com
Once you have successfully registered online, you will be given a password and receive a SMS with a link for downloading your Membership ID which you can use to enjoy member privileges.

All Bridge Traveller Program members would need to show your membership ID on your mobile phones to the participating merchants in order to enjoy the privileges.

No, Bridge Traveller Program membership is free.

The validity period shall be informed to the member upon successful registration

Yes, you will be able to re-register as a member even if your previous mobile number has expired or terminated.
Simply re-register at www.bridgetraveller.com.

Yes, a single person can have more than one membership account provided that it is registered to a different mobile number.

No. Even though you may already be a member of your local or home operator loyalty program, you are still required to register as a Bridge Traveller Program member.
As a member of your local or home operator loyalty program, you enjoy local privileges. While as a member of Bridge Traveller Program, you enjoy regional privileges that goes beyond your home country

You can cancel your membership by emailing us at enquiries@bridgetraveller.com. Upon cancellation of your membership, you will no longer be entitled to all member privileges.

Yes, you will need to include the country code of your mobile number (e.g. Singapore – 65XXXXXXX) when you login to the www.bridgetraveller.com.

You can click on "Forget Your Password?" on the login page at www.bridgetraveller.com.
We will email your password to your designated email account.

You can login to www.bridgetraveller.com to make the request.
The Membership ID will be sent to you via SMS. You are required to download the Membership ID within 30 minutes from your receipt of the SMS.
However, if you have missed the 30mins timing, you may request for download of membership ID by logging in to www.bridgetraveller.com. Click on "Download Membership ID" on the left corner of the page and follow the instructions.
You will need to have GPRS or mobile data service enabled for your handset to download the Membership ID.
Please refer to your own home operator on enabling GPRS or mobile data service.
